PLEASE REMEMBER:
We are a small, privately run Practice.
Our doctors only have so many hours in a day to see patients and also to deliver specialised care to each and every person who walks through the door. Nobody wants to be rushed through an appointment simply so the doctor can see more people during a day. This is not the quality of care we aim to deliver.
Please keep this in mind when our staff tell you there is a 2-3 month wait to see one or more of our doctors. While this isn’t what you hoped to hear, please do not abuse our staff.
You are not talking to a robot when you call. You are talking to a human being.
Our office is doing our very best to fit everyone in, in a timely manner, without burning out our Doctors.
