COVID Precautions & Restrictions
We are adhering to Qld Health and Qld Govt directives as well as Mater Hospital Guidelines. Unvaccinated VISITORS will be prohibited from entering our clinic.
This measure is to protect vulnerable patients, as well as staff and other visitors, from the threat of COVID-19 infection. Extenuating circumstances will be considered by the treating Doctor.
Please note:
- Patient who are minors (U18) are permitted one (1) parent or guardian.
- Patients with a disability are permitted one (1) support person.
PATIENTS: can continue to access treatment regardless of their vaccination status. Patients do not need to check in.
EVERYONE: will be expected to wear a mask and you must provide your own mask (unless you have a valid medical exemption)
We appreciate these restrictions may be questioned by some visitors and patients. We emphasise that we are adhering to a QLD Govt directive, the aim of which is to minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection for patients and staff.
ABUSE OF STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
